(trading as Dozio Cheese), registered company number 518600.  Material on this website may not be reproduced without permission.  This website and the information on it has been produced with the best interests of our customers in mind. However, we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Ordering

Once you place your order, we will review it. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you. Otherwise we will deliver on our next shipping date or organise a pick up date for you if you are collecting from the dairy.  Please note we have a minimum order of €20 excluding shipping.

Price

Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the point of ordering.  Products may be withdrawn for sale from this website at any stage without prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification. All prices on this website are in Euro, and that is what will be debited from your debit / credit card. If you are purchasing using a non-Euro credit card, the relevant exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by Dozio Cheese.

Quality Concerns

If cheese has been damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately and if possible email pictures. Once goods have been delivered, all risks of damage or deterioration are your responsibility.  We cannot accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems:

1. Incorrect addresses
2. Unopened parcels
3. Delayed deliveries due to weather problems.
4. Gifts to recipients who have gone away or are unable to receive parcels.

Returns

We cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.

Delivery

• Delivery is within the island of Ireland only
• Orders up to €80 are subject to a €6 delivery charge (€4.87 + €1.13 VAT)
• Orders of €80 and over are delivered free of charge
• There is no delivery charge for orders picked up from the dairy, a day and time for pick up must be arranged with us
• Deliveries are by overnight courier, this is not a refrigerated service
• Orders are dispatched the Monday after the order is placed, on bank holiday weekends orders will be dispatched on Tuesdays
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there will be someone to accept day-time deliveries at the delivery address given
• In the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays.

Payment

We accept payment online by credit card through Stripe.  Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.  We do not have access to your card number.

Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email (check spam if you can't see it). If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.  Please contact us if you are unsure.

Cancellation

Dozio Cheese reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty.

Privacy & Your Information

We retain details necessary for successful fulfilment of your order. These include: name, address, telephone number and email address of sender, name, address, telephone number and email address of recipient. We do not sell or supply addresses to any other companies. We do not use your details for marketing purposes. Credit card numbers are not retained after payment has been received.

We will only contact you if (a) there is a problem or issue with your order, or (b) you have agreed to be sent marketing collateral. We will also collect non personal data which we will ordinarily use for statistical purposes. These details are used for a number of purposes including administering the site, analysing trends and gathering statistics.  This is to help us better understand customer patterns and to help us serve our customer needs on this website in the future. Examples of this non personal data include browser details, demographic data and statistics. Data will be collected by monitoring Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses. This gives us details about your Internet Service Provider, and not you as an individual. As with many online businesses, we may also use an external statistics provider to analyse trends on this website (such as Google Analytics).
